Every ceremony location at Pelican Hill is movie-set worthy. The resort sits atop 504 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Crystal Cove State Park, one of California’s protected coastal areas. Three areas are dedicated for events. Mar vista has high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with eye-catching ocean and links views and access to an expansive ocean-view terrace.
It can accommodate indoor-outdoor celebrations for up to 220 guests. La Cappella has room for 120 in a banquet setting and 180 for receptions. With its distinctive fireplace, hand-hewn wooden ceilings, bell tower and views of the sea, La Cappella is over the top romantic. The Wedding lawn is an iconic feature of Pelican Hill. The ultimate outdoor venue features a Palladian rotunda and spectacular views of the resort, golf courses, and Pacific coastline. It accommodates up to 270 for a banquet and 350 for a reception.
A DAY IN THE SUN
Make new friends and re-connect with old acquaintances at the Coliseum Pool, the largest circular pool in the world. It’s one of three gorgeous pools on the property; all have grand views. The resort will shuttle you down to the ocean where you can watch the Pacific’s powerful waves roll in as you sit in the sand or walk the beach. Guided hikes/tours happen every day through Crystal Cove State Park on the 50,000 acre Irvine ranch Natural landmarks.
