Stephanie, assistant to the owner of LHT X, and Andy, a forklift driver at Pepsi Co, were celebrating their one year anniversary of dating by going out to dinner on September 3, 2012. They stopped by her grandma’s house on the way to wish her a Happy Birthday and see the whole family. They were about to leave grandmas when Andy said, “Hold on, I have to ask Stephanie something”. He grabbed her hand, got down on one knee, and asked her the big question in front of everyone. The answer was yes!
They were united in marriage at First Baptist Church of Columbus; a reception was held at Schneider Hall in Columbus,Tx. Stephanie walked down the aisle with a Mary Lee dress by Madeline Gardner, with a sweetheart neckline with a shirred bodice and corset tie in the back. Hair stylist Kelly Graham at Southern Charm salon did her hair and Karlie Schindler did her makeup.
Instead of traditional vows, Stephanie and Andy scripted their own, and were glad they did. “It was very heart felt and everyone loved it. It is also something we will have to look back at for the rest of our lives.” she said. Each groomsmen wore super hero shirt under his tux. The DJ played theme music for each hero; the guy wearing that hero’s shirt would open his tux to reveal the shirt and enter the reception. “It was very fun to watch!” Stephanie said.
The guest sign-in book, made on Shutterfly, featured their engagement pictures. Master Sweets created a purple and white 4-tier cake made of Bavarian cheese, with a plethora of bling. Their peaceful honeymoon was at Jellystone Park in Canyon Lake, Texas. They had couples massages and visited the Natural Bridge Caverns.
